Adult race begins and ends at Timberyard Brewing Company with a 4.4 mile loop around the lake. Walkers start at 10am and runners start at 10:30. Adults will receive a beer of choice at the end of the race and a T-shirt.
Kids race begins and ends at Timberyard and does a 1.4 mile loop up Harrington St.
Top adult, children in their age group will receive a medal.

5TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY!
YOUTH Duathlon- Can you run and ride a bike? Are you looking for a new challenge? We will have different distances for each age group. Course this year will be in the beautiful Fort Trumbull neighborhood on the water! This is a family friendly event where we encourage all abilities to enter and complete the course. Timing splits will be recorded for all 5 areas and medals will be awarded to every finisher. Music and food will follow. Everyone will run and bike on closed roads/trails. All biking is done on paved roads.

Since its inception in 2014, the NYTT coaching staff has prided itself in teaching youth in Connecticut lifeskills through the sport of triathlon. The Race4Chase program is another avenue for us to give back to the triathlon community.
